Positive: Flat was very clean and had everything you need (many utensils). Each apartment has own parking space. You can use swimming pool anytime and the garden around the hotel is pretty relaxing. It is located in the suburbs of the town, in quiet area, so you need to drive to the older part or walk a bit.
